It has 2 bedrooms, 1 double with full ensuite bathroom and 1 twin and a further separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need including oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine etc.
There is a large balcony with access from bedroom and lounge with a table and chairs for comfortable alfresco dining. As the sun is on the balcony all day there is also a canopy to provide welcome shade. The complex itself has 3 swimming pools and a poolside restaurant/bar. There is a TV / DVD for your enjoyment and full air conditioning.
Las Terrazas complex where there is a supermarket, newsagents, cash point, restaurants including an Italian, Spanish, Indian, BBQ Steakhouse and Tapas and also a couple of bars is close by. You are only 15 mins walk to the beach and here you will find the facilities of Riviera where there are further bars/restaurants, large supermarket, bank etc. Once you reach the amenities of Riviera if you are not hiring a car there is the bus route which runs the length of the coast and also a taxi rank (the taxis will also come and collect you from the property and they speak very good English).
