The apartment overlooks the lovely pool and gardens it is situated by the 6th hole of the famous Miraflores Golf course and is only a short distance from the Miraflores Club House. We are also close by to the Miraflores golf range and the 'Venta golf' complex where you will find restaurants and a supermarket.

The apartment is south facing, catching the sun from mid morning until sunset. It has a large terrace, with table and chairs for eating your meals and relaxing There are sun beds also available should you wish to use the terrace to sunbathe.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard with everything for your holiday needs. It is a home from home. The apartment caters for 4 people, there are two, twin bedrooms each with two single beds 1 with en-suite. Each bedroom has ample storage with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and mirrors. Also provided for your use are, an iron and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach and pool towels. The apartment has a lounge/dining room. It has a table and six chairs, 1 sofa, an easy chair coffee table, lamps, Satellite TV which also gives access to countless radio stations. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all common utensils, together with full oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle and toaster.and fresh coffee maker. Also a utility room which has a washing machine and butler sink. There is also a washing line available should you want to hang bathing suits and towels out to dry.
